This project involved the construction of approximately 5,819m² net lettable area, comprising additional specialty retail outlets, three additional mini-major stores, two additional two level mini major stores together with required infrastructure additions and relocations.

As an important attribute to the project was the creation of new links, via a new East Mall extension on Level 4 and a West Mall extension on Level 4 and 5, to link the centre north of Arbour Lane, South Mall and Bazaar Street to the redeveloped Market Hall and new south entry to the Centre.
