The 6 & 8 Parramatta Square is the largest commercial building in the Southern Hemisphere, playing a central role in making Parramatta the new commercial hub of Greater Sydney.
The alternative designed solutions were developed from a collaboration between Sedatech and BUILT. The design included an active chilled beam perimeter, affording significant reductions in operational costs and recirculated air.
