Museum of Contemporary Art

Sedatech’s first project in partnership with Watpac construction has seen this iconic, heritage Sydney site redeveloped. Numerous challenges presented themselves, including the installation of a large seawater heat exchange system under Circular Quay’s promenade while causing minimal disruption to foot traffic. Key priorities for the project included the humidity and temperature control of gallery areas for the Museums Board of Trustees. State of the art Stulz humidifiers and reverse osmosis systems were installed to ensure optimal air quality and conditions in the galleries.
