Sedatech is in charge of bulding a new purpose-built train maintenance facility at Kangy Angy on the NSW Central Coast.

The facility will service and maintain the new fleet of Intercity trains to replace the current trains from Sydney to the Central Coast, Newcastle, the Blue Mountains and the South Coast, and includes offices, amenities, staff parking and ancillary buildings.

The mechanical services component for this specialist maintenance facility included air conditioning, compressed air system serving 4 train, multi-tier platforms and the wheel lathe building, natural and mechanical ventilation throughout, as well as the BMS across the site incorporating multiple trades services.
