Sedatech provided mechanical services and a compressed air system at this specialist maintenance facility serving the Nth West Metro rolling stock.

The project included several specialist buildings spread over a huge footprint. Works involved specialist wheel lath equipment ventilation and train wash facilities. Prefabricated ductwork systems were incorporated for installing systems at significant height in the main maintenance building.
