The Robina Town Centre project saw Sedatech collaborate on a total of 5,819m2 of net lettable area. The precinct includes specialty retail outlets, specialty stores and twin level mini major stores, all with unique requirements.
The project included the construction of thoroughfares – via a new East Mall extension on Level 4 and a West Mall extension on Level 4 & 5 – to link the centre north of Arbour Lane, South Mall and Bazaar Street to the redeveloped Market Hall and new south entry to the Centre.
