The Small House project in Surry Hills was awarded World House of the Year at the Annual World Architectural Festival Awards in Barcelona. Sedatech designed a solution for 240m2 of floorspace on a land parcel on 42m2. The 4 storey slab design was prefabricated, challenging our engineers to produce functional design fitting within tight structural constraints. Sedatech’s design elements were delivered seamlessly to complement the award winning design.
