The Westfield Sydney City Development project involved three separate precincts, each with independent 1200 kVA plants.

- 100 Market St office (30,000m2)
- 85 Castlereagh St (33,000m2).
The project’s completion has seen one of Australia’s most ambitious trigeneration systems come to life in the commercial and retail sectors. Sedatech’s ambition for clean energy has been implemented by in-house energies working towards trigen power solutions, recently constructing a 3.6 Megawatt trigen plant for Westfield at their flagship Sydney City Development. It provides clean, cheap, efficient energy, and is an early success for the Sydney City Council’s ambitions for trigen hubs.
