This project is without argument one of Australia’s premier commercial & retail precincts. Wynyard Place is destined to transform the Wynyard precinct into a modern, spacious and functional transport hub, as well as providing a world class commercial and retail centre.

Sedatech are currently involved in the full design and construct of this challenging project. The commercial tower will feature a hybrid air-conditioning solution, utilising active chilled beams in perimeter zones & low temperature variable air volume units in centre zones. A 5.5 star NABERS Energy rating has been targeted.

This project is being delivered as a joint venture with Equilibrium.
